Birthday Party Extravaganza to You
Is there a venue in London that you love, or would you prefer a party in the comfort of your own home? My Kid Atelier can bring the party to you! Just check our Birthday Extravaganza Party Package, choose your child’s favourite theme and we will bring the party to you!
- Party Duration for 2 hours and up to 15 children (Additional children can be added, charges apply);
- Themed party – The package offers more than forty themes to choose from, but if your child really loves something that we can help bring to life please let us know (additional fee might apply;
- Beautiful Themed party styling with handmade decorations, banners, buntings, fans and lanterns or honeycomb balls;
- Themed children’s tables that always have a handmade tulle skirt and satin table runner, themed tableware and cutlery, milk bottles decorated with satin ribbons, paper straws with themed flags, themed table confetti and cute mini props or birthday signs;
- Cake table with table skirt and table runner to match with food table;
- Chairs and tables for children’s lunch, chairs and tables for the art station, cocktail tables for adults;
- Helium-filled balloons for each child to take home, not less than 25;
- Disco lights, sound system, bubble machine;
- Age-appropriate toy station (ride-ons, magna tiles, puzzles, musical instruments and more);
- Entertainment (age appropriate and with lots of little prizes);
- Fully equipped themed art station;
- Two art projects will be made with children. First will be a group project, birthday child will keep it as a birthday present, and second – personal project;
- Dressing up corner;
- Food: Pizza OR themed mini sandwiches freshly prepared on the day with vegetable crudités on the side. A fruit plate will be provided as a beautiful centrepiece. Raisins, organic crackers, water and apple juice will be provided. (Bring a cake and we will decorate it with candles);
- Candy buffet decorated with ribbons and balloons;
- Unlimited tea, Nespresso coffee, ice tea and water for adults, coffee biscuits and gourmet chocolates;
- Two party leaders to set up, clean up and help with everything in between;
- Transportation within 10 miles from Central London;
- Party planning service and venue search assistance.

If you would like to reserve your chosen date & time £200.00 (non refundable) deposit is required.
If you choose to cancel your party within 7 days of your event date, full payment is required. Parties cancelled within 14 days of the event date will be charged 50% of the party payment.
